12W/m Dotless CCT LED Strip – Tunable White 2200K–6500K – 5m / 10m – 24V – IP20 / IP65 - Uno Lighting

This professional-grade 12W/m COB Dotless CCT LED Strip allows you to adjust the colour temperature continuously from a very warm 2200K through to a crisp 6500K Daylight, giving you complete flexibility to change the appearance of your lighting from the same LED strip.

Unlike a standard single-colour LED strip, this CCT strip uses two white LED channels. When connected to a compatible CCT controller, you can easily adjust both the brightness and shade of white to suit the room, time of day or desired atmosphere.

Featuring 608 LEDs per metre, the high-density COB design produces smooth, continuous and dot-free illumination without visible individual LED points.

Available in two versions: a slim 10mm IP20 bare PCB for dry indoor applications, or a 12mm IP65 silicone-sleeved version for installations requiring additional protection.

Tunable White – 2200K to 6500K

This strip allows you to adjust the white light continuously across a wide colour-temperature range:

You are not restricted to these individual colour temperatures. With a compatible CCT controller, the strip can be adjusted between warm and cool white across the 2200K–6500K range.

This makes it particularly useful in rooms where you may want warmer lighting in the evening and a brighter, cooler white during the daytime.

Control & Dimming

To adjust the colour temperature, this strip requires a compatible 24V CCT / Tunable White controller.

Once connected to a suitable controller, you can adjust:

• Brightness

• Warm-to-cool colour temperature

• 2200K through to 6500K

• Lighting from a compatible remote or smart control system, depending on the controller selected

Compatible CCT controllers, remote controls and smart control options are available separately from Uno Lighting.

This makes the strip easy to integrate into both straightforward remote-controlled installations and compatible smart lighting systems.

IP20 – 10mm Bare PCB

The IP20 version uses a 10mm bare PCB without a protective sleeve.

It is suitable for dry indoor applications only and is particularly useful for cabinetry, shelving, coving, furniture and other protected installations.

Because there is no protective waterproof layer, care should be taken during handling and installation to avoid damaging the PCB or LED components.

We recommend installation within a suitable Uno Lighting aluminium profile for improved protection, heat management and a professional finished appearance.

IP65 – 12mm Silicone-Sleeved Version

The IP65 version is 12mm wide and enclosed within a protective silicone sleeve, providing additional protection compared with the bare IP20 version.

This makes it suitable for installations requiring increased protection against moisture and physical contact.

If the IP65 strip is cut, any newly exposed end must be appropriately resealed where the IP65 protection needs to be maintained.

Cutting

The strip has a 26.3mm cutting interval, allowing it to be shortened at the designated cutting points to suit your installation.

Always cut the strip only at the marked cutting positions.

For the IP65 silicone-sleeved version, any cut end must be appropriately resealed where IP65 protection needs to be maintained.

Maximum Run Length

For reliable performance, the recommended maximum continuous powered lengths are:

The 5m reel is supplied with a power cable at one end.

The 10m reel is supplied with power cables at both ends and should be powered from both ends when operating the complete 10m length.

Driver Requirements

This LED strip operates at 24V DC and must never be connected directly to 230V mains electricity.

A suitable 24V constant-voltage LED driver is required and is sold separately.

We recommend allowing at least a 20% driver capacity buffer above the calculated LED strip load.

At 12W/m:

A full 5m reel has a 60W load, requiring a minimum calculated driver capacity of 72W.

A full 10m reel has a 120W load, requiring a minimum calculated driver capacity of 144W, and the complete 10m run should be powered from both ends.

Please remember that a CCT controller is also required if you want to adjust the colour temperature and brightness.

Installation Guidance

Handle the LED strip carefully during installation. Avoid excessive bending, twisting, pulling or physical pressure, as this can damage the PCB or internal components.

The IP20 version has no protective sleeve, so particular care should be taken during installation.

The IP65 version has a protective silicone sleeve. If it is cut or modified, any newly exposed end must be appropriately resealed where IP65 protection needs to be maintained.

We recommend using a suitable Uno Lighting aluminium profile to provide physical protection, assist with heat management and create a professional finished installation.

Warranty

This LED strip is supplied with a 2-year standard warranty.

The warranty is extended to 3 years when purchased and installed with a suitable Uno Lighting aluminium profile, helping provide appropriate heat management, physical protection and long-term performance.

Physical damage caused by incorrect handling, cutting, bending or installation is not considered a product manufacturing defect.
