This 2 metre IP65 flanged walk-over recessed profile is designed for a clean, durable LED strip installation in both indoor and outdoor areas. Made from high-quality 6063 aircraft-grade aluminium, it provides strong protection for LED strips while helping with heat dissipation. The frosted diffuser creates a smooth light finish, making it ideal for patios, driveways, gardens, walkways, and other recessed lighting applications. For outdoor use, an IP67 or higher LED strip is required.

For any in-ground installation, UK electrical regulations (BS 7671) require lighting products rated IP67 or higher. IP65 or below LED strip is not sufficient or compliant for in-ground use due to exposure to standing water and soil.
Please note: it is necessary to seal all joints, edges, start and end caps with a suitable waterproof silicone.
