This professional-grade 8W/m COB Dotless Neon LED Strip is available through our bespoke cutting service in custom lengths from 1 metre up to 20 metres, allowing the strip to be prepared specifically for your project.

Featuring 378 LEDs per metre with a diffused milky opal cover, the strip produces seamless, dot-free linear illumination without visible LED points or dark spots. With an efficacy of 90lm/W, it delivers approximately 720 lumens per metre with CRI 90 for excellent colour quality.

Available in 3000K Warm White and 4000K Cool White, the strip features a compact 12mm × 4mm top-bend IP67 Neon construction, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor architectural lighting applications.

As standard, each bespoke length is prepared with a 150mm power cable at one end, with the opposite end correctly sealed to maintain the waterproof construction.

Fully Bespoke Cutting Service

This listing allows you to order the IP67 Neon strip prepared to the specific length required for your project, from 1 metre up to 20 metres.

As standard, we will:

• Cut the Neon strip to your requested length

• Fit and solder a 150mm power cable at one end

• Correctly seal the opposite end

• Seal and waterproof the prepared connection points

• Test the completed Neon strip before dispatch

The strip has a 56mm cutting interval, so the final prepared length will need to correspond with the nearest available cutting position.

Bespoke Preparation Time – 3 Working Days

Please allow 3 working days for bespoke preparation before dispatch.

Each bespoke IP67 Neon strip requires additional preparation after cutting, including soldering the power cable, sealing the connections and waterproofing the prepared ends.

The 3 working day preparation period is required to allow the strip to be correctly cut, soldered, sealed, waterproofed and tested before dispatch.

Please take this preparation time into account when planning your installation, as it is in addition to the delivery transit time.

Important Information for Lengths Over 15m

The maximum recommended continuous run when powered from one end is 15 metres.

Therefore, although this bespoke listing allows lengths of up to 20 metres, a strip longer than 15m must not be powered solely from the standard 150mm cable at one end.

For bespoke lengths above 15m, an appropriate alternative power arrangement is required, such as powering the strip from both ends.

If you are ordering a bespoke length above 15m, please contact us before ordering so that the correct cable and power configuration can be specified.

IP67 Waterproof Protection

The Neon construction is rated IP67 and is suitable for appropriate indoor and outdoor applications when correctly installed.

Your bespoke strip is professionally cut, soldered and sealed before dispatch. The power connection and opposite end are prepared and sealed as part of our bespoke service.

If you subsequently cut the bespoke strip yourself, the newly exposed end will no longer retain its waterproof protection unless it is correctly resealed.

Any newly cut end must be sealed using the appropriate end cap and suitable silicone sealant to restore and maintain the waterproof protection.

Failure to correctly seal a cut end may allow moisture or water to enter the strip and can result in product failure.

Do not assume a strip remains IP67 after being cut. Every newly exposed end must be correctly resealed.

Driver Requirements

This LED strip operates at 24V DC and must never be connected directly to 230V mains electricity.

A suitable 24V constant-voltage LED driver is required and is sold separately.

The driver should be sized according to the actual bespoke length ordered. We recommend allowing at least a 20% driver capacity buffer above the calculated LED strip load.

At 8W/m:

For example, a 10m bespoke length would normally require a suitably rated 100W or higher 24V constant-voltage driver, while a full 20m length would require a suitably rated 200W or higher driver, together with the appropriate both-end power arrangement.

The strip supports PWM dimming when used with a compatible 24V dimmable driver or controller.

Installation Guidance

Handle the Neon strip carefully during installation. Excessive twisting, sharp bending, stretching or physical pressure can damage the internal circuit or waterproof construction.

The strip is designed as a top-bend Neon, so it should only be bent in the intended direction and within an appropriate bending radius.

We recommend using a suitable mounting profile or fixing system to support the strip and achieve a professional installation.

For outdoor installations, particular attention must be given to ends, cable entry points, connections and joints to ensure they remain appropriately protected against moisture ingress.

Warranty

This bespoke LED strip is supplied with a 2-year standard warranty.

The warranty is extended to 3 years when purchased and installed with a suitable Uno Lighting aluminium profile, helping provide appropriate support, protection and long-term performance.

Physical damage caused by incorrect bending, twisting, cutting, installation or failure to correctly waterproof any subsequently cut sections is not considered a product manufacturing defect.

• Maximum recommended run from a single-end power feed is 15m.

• Lengths above 15m require an appropriate alternative power arrangement and should be confirmed with us before ordering.

• Longer power cables, both-end power cables and other configurations can be requested before ordering.

• LED driver, controller, mounting profile and other accessories are sold separately.

• Never connect the LED strip directly to 230V mains electricity.

• We recommend allowing at least 20% additional driver capacity above the calculated LED strip load.

• Bespoke strips are prepared, sealed and tested before dispatch.

• If the strip is subsequently cut, every newly exposed end must be correctly resealed using an appropriate end cap and suitable silicone sealant to maintain waterproof protection.

• Once preparation has commenced, bespoke orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the product is faulty or your statutory rights otherwise apply.

• Promotional discounts and offers do not apply to the bespoke cutting service unless specifically stated.

• Please carefully check your required length, voltage, wattage, colour temperature and installation requirements before ordering.

• Installation must be carried out by a suitably qualified person.
